How much do your services cost?
It depends on the job: the size of the condo, the number of aircon units, how complex the question is. Tell us what you need and we give you the price before any work starts. Asking costs you nothing.
Which areas do you cover?
Pattaya, Jomtien, Naklua, Pratamnak, Wongamat and East Pattaya. Other parts of Chonburi on request.
Which languages do you speak?
English, Russian and Thai. We have two operators: one speaks Russian and English, the other Thai and English.
Can you guarantee my visa?
No, and an honest service cannot: the decision belongs to Thai immigration. We help you prepare documents, explain each step, go with you and bring in a licensed lawyer when needed.
Can I book a service for family or tenants?
Yes. Tell us who will be there and how to reach them. We agree the time and access in advance.
How fast do you reply?
We reply during working hours. If you write late in the evening, we reply the next day.
